These guest counts are estimated based on the space and a "typical" style of setup. They can vary by event and layout.

Seated Dinner Events or Weddings with a dance floor - 200 guests
Seated event with food stations or buffet, and dance floor - 175 guests

All food and beverage needs are offered exclusively through Good Food Creations, LLC of Tampa and their two distinct options for catering.
Good Food Events + Catering provides fully customized upscale events and weddings. Established in 2008, they've become known as one of the premier event catering companies in the Tampa Bay region and nationwide.
Flavor Gourmet Catering was established to provide great food with a simplified approach to the catering process through their chef designed menu packages. They pass on the savings to their clients who don't need a large amount of customization or private tastings.
Full bar packages are available and offered through Good Food Creations, LLC, a fully licensed liquor provider in the State of Florida.
No outside food or beverages may be client provided, with the exception of wedding cakes or food service vendors approved by Good Food Creations, LLC.
Food and Beverage
Limited parking onsite is free and included in the rental pricing. Parking is available on self-pay basis in lots surrounding Tampa Union Station or parking can be pre-arranged and pre-paid through our relationship with 717 Parking Services. Valet parking services are available for your event, wedding or gala.

Benefits to Tampa Union Station
A portion of the revenue generated for each event will go directly to a fund created for the upkeep and restoration of this historic train station. These funds are remitted on a quarterly basis to the City of Tampa.
